Kennedy Scope of Work
We worked with Getty on a number of engagements over a 2-3 year period. We provided program management, senior consulting and M&A services to manage the acquisition of their #3 competitor Jupiter Media. We managed all aspects of systems, process, real estate and digital asset integration/migration for all global locations.
We managed a large, full lifecycle business/technology project to integrate their new acquisition iStock Photo’s systems, back end processes, contracts and digital assets with Getty Image’s core business systems and processes.
We led an effort to reengineer Getty’s global procure to pay process. Our senior consultant helped Getty expand their focus from invoice processing to include procure to pay. This was done because our consultant’s work helped them see that the root cause of many issues was the maturity of the procurement process. The newly reengineered procurement organization resulted in $ millions in savings and the cost of invoice processing was reduced by 50%.
During our time at Getty, we also provided project managers to manage a number of technology and technology department maturity projects.
